The smallholders farms are at altitudes upwards of 2000 masl, growing mainly Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varietals. This washed Castillo coffee is processed using the washed method and offers flavour notes of Cherry Bakewell, Stewed Apricot and Pomelo.
