Corazón de Jesus is a natural-processed coffee from Costa Rica's Brunca region, produced by the Alvarado Family. The farm recently won the Cup of Excellence award in Costa Rica. The cherries undergo a 'reposado' resting period before drying, which enhances the intensity and vibrancy of the fruit character. Flavour notes include chocolate truffle, lemon cake and physalis, resulting in a complex and bright cup. Suitable for all brewing methods, roasted within 8 days of shipping.
