Summary
A single-origin Robusta from Central Java, Indonesia, produced by JB Coffee. The coffee undergoes a unique hydro natural process with extended water-based fermentation using three yeast cultures. It offers a juicy, full-bodied cup with creamy sweetness and notes of mango, Darjeeling tea, and candied orange. Grown at 850 meters in a volcanic agroforestry system.
