A washed coffee from Rwanda's Nyamasheke District, Western Province. Produced by 1,020 small-holding farmers and processed at the Karengera Coffee Washing Station (C. Dorman Rwanda Ltd). Grown at 1,600-1,850 meters above sea level on volcanic soil. The coffee undergoes wet-milling, dry fermentation, and raised bed drying. Flavour notes include raspberry, pink lemonade, grapefruit, and brown sugar with a tea-like character.
