Black & Bloom

**Black & Bloom** is an independent specialty coffee roaster based in the Netherlands, serving up freshly roasted coffee alongside homemade cakes and bakes. They position themselves as coffee specialists with a focus on quality, though the website keeps their story, origin year, and roast style under wraps—what's clear is that they're a retail-friendly operation with a webshop that ships across Europe and beyond, from Belgium to Australia. They've got an Instagram presence and a physical find-us location, suggesting either a café or a storefront where you can grab both beans and bakes. For the curious home brewer, they offer a solid Dutch roaster option with global reach, even if the details remain a little mysterious.
