Summary

A washed Bourbon coffee from the Kayanza Province of Burundi, grown at 1900m near a high-altitude rainforest. The cherries, called Incuti, are cultivated by local farmers participating in the Dushime premium program, which provides a second payment for quality. The cup is vibrant and layered with fruit-forward sweetness, wine-like depth, and lively, complex acidity, featuring notes of blackcurrant, orange, banana, strawberry, chocolate, and red wine.
