Ethiopia Guji Yabitu Koba Washed

Summary

Single-origin washed Ethiopian coffee from the Uraga district of Guji, Oromia, grown at 2316 m. Cherry from local producers is delivered to the Koba processing center, washed and fermented 48-60 hours in cement tanks, then dried 7-8 days on raised beds. Light roast with a bright, floral cup: raspberry, key lime and hibiscus. Producers intercrop false banana, maize and native shade trees in sandy loam soil, and the harvest runs December to February.
