A rare coffee from northern Thailand, grown by Nui & Aoi on their farm in the Doi Saket region near Chiang Mai. This Yellow Bourbon variety is processed using a natural method with extended anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a sweet and creamy cup with notes of blackcurrant, grapes, orange, and raisin sweetness. The coffee is grown at 1350 meters above sea level and has an SCA score of 86.
