This coffee comes from Costa Rica, grown on Finca Bányai (Bendicion estate). It is a Sarchimor variety, a cross of Villa Sarchi and Timor Hybrid, selected for its resistance to coffee leaf rust and exceptional cup quality. The processing method is Reposado Natural: harvested cherries are dried on patios for 1-3 days to prevent fermentation, then slowly dried covered and uncovered to extend the drying process. The coffee is light roasted. Flavor profile includes tangerine and berry fruit notes with a balanced acidity and sweetness.
