Summary

Bányai Natural is a whole bean coffee from Costa Rica's Finca Bányai plantation. The Sanroque variety is processed using the natural (dry) method, with ripe cherries harvested from the western end of the plantation and dried on raised African beds for 31 days. Light roasted, the cup profile is dominated by grape and raisin flavors, with a sweet and acidic balance.
