Summary

Bányai Pacamara is a whole-bean coffee from Finca Bányai in Costa Rica. For the 2026 harvest, the farm developed a Bioprotective Lavado washed process, removing the pectin layer with controlled natural enzymes and lactic acid bacteria in a hygienic environment using significantly less water than traditional methods. The Pacamara variety is lightly roasted and yields a clean, complex, light coffee with a multifaceted profile featuring berry, creamy and cheesecake notes. Sold in a 1000 g pack.
