Bányai Corazon is a whole bean coffee from Costa Rica, produced at Finca Bányai. It is a Catigua MG2 variety, a hybrid of Catuai Amarillo and Tymor, grown at over 1300 meters altitude on biodynamic farms. Honey processed. The cup presents notes of grape, mango and prosecco with a clean, elegant and silky texture.
