Summary

A single-origin coffee from Costa Rica's Finca Bányai (Bányai Estate). This Caturra variety lot was harvested from a plot at the western end of the BACORE estate. The 12-year-old coffee trees were cut back three years ago, allowing deeper root systems to absorb nutrients while young shoots produce rich, concentrated fruit. Honey processed and light roasted, the cup presents tropical fruit notes with a creamy, silky texture in a harmonious balance.
