A single-origin coffee from Finca Bányai in Costa Rica, variety Sarchimor. Processed using the Reposado Natural method, where the harvested fruit is partially dried for the first 1-3 days to prevent fermentation, then slowly dried to extend the drying process as long as possible. Light roasted. Flavour profile includes mandarin and berry fruits with balanced acidity and sweetness.
