Summary
A naturally processed Geisha coffee from Carmen Estate, located at 1800 masl in the Volcán Barú region of Boquete, Panama. The farm, founded in 1960, is run by Carlos Aguilera Franceschi and managed by Jean Paul Langenstein. This limited release from Assembly's 10-Year Series features a traditional low-intervention natural process using selectively harvested cherries dried slowly under the sun. The cup profile offers floral aromatics, berry sweetness and a juicy texture, with tasting notes of blackberry, violet and juicy.
