Colombia Villa Pastora
Summary
A washed Colombian coffee from Villa Pastora farm in Palestina, Huila, grown by the Mora Ortega family, now in its third generation of coffee growers. The farm was founded in the 1980s by Pastora Anacona, who planted its first coffee trees. This lot is the Bourbon Ají variety, shade-grown under guayabo, guamo, caimo, banana and eucalyptus trees. Sweet and fruity with notes of orange candy, blueberries and mellow plum, it is ideal for filter brewing.
