Grown from SL28 and SL34 varieties in rich volcanic soil with roughly 1,700 mm annual rainfall. Peaberry beans are the smallest and densest, giving intense flavour. Bright and juicy with notes of blood orange, blueberry and rosehip, ideal for filter coffee.
