Summary

Navio is a 2024 Great Taste Award-winning espresso blend from Adams & Russell Coffee Roasters, named after the Portuguese word for ship as an homage to the global coffee trade. It combines Brazilian beans for a rich, chocolatey body, Costa Rican beans for bright, fruity acidity and biscuity sweetness, and a Papua New Guinea bean adding body and syrupy, dried fruit sweetness. Grown across various regions at 1300-1400 masl, the blend uses Yellow Catuai and Typica varieties with natural and washed processing. The cup is exceptionally well-rounded with rich chocolate biscuit sweetness, syrupy toffee apple acidity and very little bitterness.
