Summary

Machu is a medium roast blend from Adams & Russell combining high-grade beans from Peru, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Honduras. It offers rich, syrupy dried fruit flavours with a light spiced finish, creamy sweetness from the Honduran component, a fudgy body from Indonesian beans, and complex acidity with juicy fruit notes from the Ethiopian bean. Tasting notes include cocoa, vanilla and dried fruit, with a light citrusy character. Varieties include Typica, Heirloom and Catimor, processed washed and natural, grown at 1400-1900m. Winner of a 2020 Great Taste award.
