Summary

A two-coffee Colombia Rosado blend created for the A.M.O.C. Ambassador project. It combines 60% of a washed, yeast-inoculated thermal shock lot from Amalfi, Antioquia (farmers Jorge Mira and Jonny Martinez, 1500 masl; profile of passion fruit, bubblegum, silky, milk chocolate) with 40% of a fully washed lot from El Portal, Southern Huila (farmer Rigoberto Sánchez, 1650 masl; almond, citric, complex). The cup is clean and structured with raspberry sweetness up front, deep praline chocolate and a polished finish, designed to work as a main grinder option with controlled location exclusivity.
