Colombia — Arsenio Sandoval — Chiroso
Summary
A natural Chiroso coffee from El Mirador farm in Santa Isabel, Tolima, Colombia, produced by Arsenio Sandoval. Grown at 1850 MASL in the volcanic soils of the Central Andes, the fully ripe cherries are selectively harvested, undergo controlled fermentation, and are dried naturally in the cherry on raised beds. This family-run lot is sweet, structured and expressive, with layered fruit, natural sweetness, and the floral and herbal complexity that makes Chiroso stand out. Available in both espresso and filter roasts; the filter roast offers higher acidity and complexity, while the espresso roast gives a fuller-bodied, classic cup.
