A Rosado (Pink Bourbon) coffee from Finca El Jaragual in Amalfi, Antioquia, Colombia, grown at 1500 MASL. Produced by Jorge Mira and Jonny Martinez. The farm combines coffee cultivation with forestry and native forest protection under plantain shade systems. Processed using washed yeast inoculated thermal shock method involving anaerobic bioreactors with selected microorganisms, extended fermentation, and controlled yeast inoculation. Clean and technically refined profile with notes of bubblegum, silky mouthfeel, and milk chocolate, without boozy or funky characteristics.
