Laurina3 Indonesia — Supriyanto
Summary
A rare Laurina (Bourbon Pointu) coffee from Supriyanto's farm on Mount Suket in the Ijen highlands of East Java, Indonesia. This is the first-ever Indonesian-grown Laurina, a naturally low-caffeine variety (about 0.8% caffeine). The coffee is processed using a natural anaerobic method: sealed in a plastic tank for 120 hours, then dried naturally. It offers a remarkably clean cup with prominent citric acidity and balanced sweetness, featuring notes of macadamia nuts, guava, subtle spices, orange, and cacao nibs. Grown at 1700 MASL.
