A double washed Gesha from Las Marias Estate in Pijao, Quindío, Colombia, produced by Jose Giraldo. Grown at 1950 MASL. Processed with a double washed method: pulped, fermented for 24 hours in closed tanks, washed, fermented again for 24 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds. Flavour notes of Sunkist orange, peach, and a bouquet of flowers.
