Siesta Decaf
Summary
Siesta Decaf is a Mountain Water decaffeinated coffee from Chiapas, Mexico, produced by 24 communities across the Sierra Madre de Chiapas and sourced through Ensambles. Cultivars include Typica, Mundo Novo, Bourbon and Caturra, grown at 1,200–1,800 masl. It delivers a smooth, sweet, medium-bodied cup with low acidity and notes of light caramel, nougat, milk chocolate, marshmallow and maple syrup. The roast is medium-dark and versatile, performing well across all brew methods, from sweet balanced espresso to smooth filter coffee.
