Summary
Ethiopian coffee from the Guji zone, produced by Oboleyan, a family-run operation founded in 2018. Grown by 148 smallholders in the Uraga area at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,300 meters, using agroforestry without chemicals. This honey-processed lot features Kurume, 74112, and 74110 varieties, with cherries pulped and dried on African beds for about three weeks. Flavour notes include black tea, apricot, and lemon.
