Next Chapter: Indonesien Reza's Purple Honey (light)
Summary
Liberica coffee from Jlegong Village on Mount Temanggung, Central Java, Indonesia, produced by Reza Nurullah (JB Coffee) at 600 m. The coffee undergoes a yeast-driven fermentation followed by an intense Purple Honey process, drying with part of the mucilage to preserve natural sugars. In the cup it shows a powerful, lively profile with intense fruit complexity, layered fermentation aromatics and pronounced sweetness with a syrupy texture. Flavour notes of jasmine tea, grapefruit, Assam tea, Hubba Bubba, blueberry, umami and white sugar.
