Ethiopia Hambella Bella
Summary
This single-origin coffee from the Guji zone in Oromia, Ethiopia, is grown in Bedesa Kebele at 2050-2150 m elevation. The lot is processed anaerobically natural at the Hambella Bella washing station, with ripe cherries fermented five days in sealed tanks then slowly dried on shaded African beds. It offers intense fruit liqueur aromas and a cup of juicy blackberry, fresh lemongrass, and ripe sweet melon, with a sweet, slightly alcoholic aftertaste. Varieties: 74110, 74112, 74158.
