La Divisa Geisha
Summary
La Divisa is a 13-hectare family farm in Circasia, Quindío, Colombia, run by Sebastian Gomez together with his father John. The family planted varieties such as Geisha and Pink Bourbon and shifted focus toward specialty coffee quality. This washed Geisha grows at around 1,700 metres under shade trees including Guamo, Guayacan, Gualandai and Nogal. It shows the elegant, aromatic profile the variety is known for: floral jasmine, fresh orange and the distinctive acidity of kumquat.
