WITOCA is a coffee from Ecuador, grown by the Witoca family cooperative in Loreto, Orellana province in the Amazon region. It is a 100% fine Robusta (Canephora) of the Napo Payamino variety, cultivated using the traditional Chakra agroforestry system in the Sumaco National Park. The coffee is honey-processed and roasted to a medium level, suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. Flavor notes include caramelized popcorn, hazelnut, cocoa, and dried mango. It has a creamy sweetness with a firm crema and higher caffeine content.
