It is a 100% fine Robusta (Canephora) of the Napo Payamino variety, grown by 13 families in the Sumaco National Park using traditional agroforestry systems (Chakras). The coffee offers flavour notes of dark chocolate and provides a strong, chocolatey profile suitable for milk-based drinks. Sourced through Gio and Latitud 0°.
