Summary

A limited edition seasonal blend from Colombia, inspired by Raspberry Ripple ice cream. It combines a blend from Risaralda with a red-fruit co-ferment from Quindío. The co-ferment component, produced by Jairo Arcila at Santa Mónica farm, involves adding ripe red fruits and wine yeast during a 72-hour fermentation, then pulping and drying on raised beds with fresh red fruits. Tasting notes of bright raspberry, strawberry, and delicate vanilla sweetness. Medium roast, washed/honey processed.
