A co-fermented twin pack from Colombia produced by Edwin Noreña at Finca Campo Hermosa in Circasia Municipality, Quindio. The set includes two 4oz whole bean coffees: a Caturra varietal Natural processed with Raspberry Co-Fermentation featuring notes of raspberry fruit punch, rose jelly, sarsaparilla, and mint; and a Carbonic Honey Peach Co-Fermentation offering flavours of peach gummy, honeydew, coconut milk, and basil. Both are light roast. Co-fermentation uses fresh ingredients to amplify aromatics and flavour.
