El Shalon

Summary

El Shalon is a filter single origin from La Unión, near Neiva in Huila, Colombia, produced by Milton Garzón Fierro on his 12-hectare farm, where coffee farming has run through his family for generations. The coffee is a natural process blend of Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties. In the cup it shows notes of cranberry, apple and cacao nib, with a juicy, lingering sweetness and vibrant berry character balanced by good structure.
