Summary

A washed single-origin coffee from Ethiopia, sourced from the Haru washing station near Yirgacheffe. Owner Komilachu has operated this historic station since the 1970s. The coffee is hand-picked, pulped, briefly fermented, washed, and dried on raised beds. Varieties include Dega, 74-112, Kudhume, and Wolisho. Grown at 1995-2020 meters above sea level. Tasting notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, and mandarin. Recommended for filter, Aeropress, and cafetiere.
