PAWFFICE ESPRESSO BLEND #2 is an espresso blend from The Naughty Dog roastery, made from specialty second-grade beans sourced from Brazil (Tres Pontas, Minas Gerais region), Ethiopia (Jimma and Sidama regions), and Colombia. Processed using the natural (dry) method. Flavour profile includes dark chocolate, pecan nuts, pralines, and chocolate candies (Miňonky), with a full body and sweet praline finish. Brazilian beans grown at 900-1100m, Ethiopian at 1800-2000m. Medium to medium-dark roast, recommended for espresso and moka pot preparation.
