Ethiopia Jenny's Barrel Coffee
Summary
A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Beshasha farm in the Agaro-Jimma region, grown at 2,000-2,100 meters above sea level. The coffee was aged for several days in a Jack Daniels whiskey barrel sourced from a Czech distillery, resulting in a unique flavor profile with notes of chocolate, caramel, whiskey, forest fruits, and floral undertones. The whiskey finish becomes more pronounced as the coffee cools. Varieties include 74110, 74112, and Heirloom. Roasted by The Naughty Dog as an omniroast suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
