Vietnam Sông Ðộng
Summary
Vietnam Sông Ðộng is an extremely rare coffee from the Liberica species, grown in the Lâm Đồng Province of Vietnam's Central Highlands. Produced by Lộc Rừng Coffee with K'Ho producers at Đưng K'Nớ Village, 1,500 meters above sea level, it undergoes a 20-day natural carbonic maceration followed by slow drying on shaded raised beds. The cup is very sweet with overripe papaya, sugarcane juice, mellow rambutan acidity, and a Baileys-like finish.
