Summary

A low-caffeine coffee from Costa Rica's West Valley, produced by Alejo Castro Kahle at Volcan Azul farm on the edge of the Poás Volcano. Grown at 1400-1500 meters, this Laurina variety naturally contains less than half the caffeine of regular arabica. Washed process with meticulous selection and fermentation. Offers a full, complex profile with notes of poached pear, rich macadamia nut, shortbread, vanilla, and chocolate, with high sweetness and a smooth mouthfeel.
