Nyota AB is a Kenyan coffee from the Central Highlands, sourced through importing partner Cofinet. Nyota, meaning "Star" in Swahili, is a group of washing stations whose lots were compiled and sorted to an AB Plus grade, the highest quality AB lots. Varieties are SL28, Ruiru 11 and Batian, washed processed. The cup is immaculately clean and easy to enjoy, with subtle red fruits acidity balanced against milk chocolate sweetness and a comfortable texture. Roasted in Paris.
