A certified organic coffee from the Entre Rios Cooperative in Guatemala, founded in 2009 and made up of 26 producers. The cooperative became independent in 2018 to obtain its own organic certification. Varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, Anacafe 14, and Catimor. Fully washed process. Full-bodied yet balanced with a smooth texture and notes of Dulcey chocolate, caramel, and nougat. Versatile and works well both as espresso and as a strong filter brew. Sourced through Los Volcanes Coffee, founded by Josue Morales.
