A washed Ethiopian coffee from the kebele of Tima in Guji, produced by Ture Waji and processed at the Weessi washing station. Ture Waji has long overseen processing and managed farms in Guji and founded the exporting company Sookoo. This washed lot presents a crisp, balanced profile with gentle integrated acidity, citrus flavors and hoppy florality. Tasting notes of citrus oil, green grape, lemongrass and tizita. Grown at 2000-2150 MASL.
