This decaf coffee comes from the Surcafe association of coffee growers in southern Tolima and Huila, Colombia, located in the 'cañón de las hermosas' national park area. The association comprises 117 members, 43 of whom are organic certified. Farms range from 1500-2100 masl. The coffee undergoes an extended fermentation and washed process. Flavour notes include chocolate, vanilla, and golden rum, with medium acidity and a very balanced profile. Roasted to a medium dark level.
