Summary

A natural processed SL28 coffee from 11 smallholder farmers in the Kyabwire village, Western Uganda. The cherries are floated and sorted three times, fermented in sealed barrels for 48-72 hours until reaching pH 3.5, dried on raised beds for 4-7 days, then undergo a second fermentation of 120 hours in a dark environment before final drying for 15-20 days. Tasting notes of wild strawberries and tropical fruits, juicy and fruit-forward.
