Summary
A single-origin specialty coffee from Ricardo Castilla's farm Montes del Tatama in Santuario, Risaralda, Colombia. Grown at 2,000 metres above sea level on volcanic soils in the Tatamá mountain range. This Natural Process coffee uses the Tabi variety. The producer, a former mechanical engineer, applies meticulous quality-focused protocols. Flavour notes include fig, plum and cacao, with enhanced sweetness, body and complexity from natural processing. The coffee won the Best Cup of Risaralda award in 2014.
