Summary
Single-origin washed coffee from the Gedeb region in Gedeo, Ethiopia, processed at the Lalesa washing station. Made from heirloom varieties and roasted light for filter brewing. The cup is light and floral with notes of flowers, peach, tea and orange, with a tea-like finish and refreshing citrus acidity. Recommended for pour-over methods such as V60, Chemex, Kalita and AeroPress.

Grind: medium
- 1.Rinse the filter with hot water.
- 2.Add 20 g of freshly ground coffee.
- 3.Pour 60 g of water and leave for 40 seconds (bloom). (40 s)
- 4.Add the remaining water in 2 portions, maintaining an even water level.
- 5.Let the coffee drip calmly.
