Summary

Ethiopian specialty coffee from Koke in Yirgacheffe, grown at around 1950 m on the Primrose station in Konga. Heirloom varieties processed as Carbonic Maceration Natural ("Nitro Jasper"), where nitrogen slows fermentation of the coffee cherries before drying on raised African beds. The cup opens with flowers and jasmine, followed by juicy mandarin and ripe nectarine, closing on intense confiture-like sweetness. Acidity is lively and balanced, with a full, velvety body. Selected by Project Origin for its Gold Label category at 88+ points; the roast profile was developed by the Polish Coffee Roasting Champion 2024.
