Summary
Ethiopia Guji Natural Espresso is a 100% Arabica specialty coffee from the Guji region in Ethiopia, specifically Hambela Wamena. Grown at 1900–2100 masl, this Heirloom variety is processed using the natural method, yielding a juicy, sweet and aromatic cup with notes of berries, strawberry, black tea, milk chocolate and dried fruits. It has a medium roast, medium juicy acidity and a smooth, tea-like body. Recommended for espresso-based drinks such as espresso and flat white, as well as moka pot and French press.

- 1.Weigh freshly ground coffee (e.g. 30 g) and place it in the French Press. Pour hot filtered water (~94–96 °C), e.g. 500 ml.
- 2.Wait 4 minutes without stirring. (4:00)
- 3.Gently break the crust, then remove the foam and floating particles.
- 4.Wait an additional 5 minutes (5–8 minutes) to let the grounds settle. (5:00)
- 5.Place the plunger on the surface of the brew (do not press), then slowly pour the coffee into a cup, being careful not to disturb the sediment.
