Colombia Tierra Diversidad Pink Bourbon Washed
Summary
A washed Pink Bourbon from the Tierra Diversidad network of 117 smallholder producers in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, grown at around 2,000 metres above sea level. Led by farmer Linarco Rodríguez (Don Lino), the community focuses on traditional, chemical-free farming and shared infrastructure for quality control. The cup is floral and tea-like with notes of black tea, chamomile, orange, cherry and dried fruit, bright citric acidity, silky light-to-medium body, and a long clean finish.
