Alma Frutal Sidra Washed
Summary
Alma Frutal Sidra Washed is a single-origin coffee from Farm Betania in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, produced by Doña Maria Rodriguez, a third-generation coffee producer. The Sidra variety is processed using the washed method: ripe cherries are selected by density, de-pulped, fermented for about 30 hours, washed, and dried for 18-24 days on raised beds. The cup profile features sparkling acidity, bright citrus, tropical fruit, white florals, a creamy body, juicy malic acidity, and subtle spice balanced by sweetness, with chocolaty undertones. Excellent for filter brewing.
